Return Policy
Live Wire Distributing warranties all aftermarket accessories for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase unless otherwise stated. All warrantied items will be replaced if deemed warranty claim was due to faulty manufacturer materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to items misused, mishandled, abused, or defective due to natural disaster. All warranty claims will be reviewed by Live Wire Distributing. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
All OEM and name brand accessories and products are warrantied through said manufacturer and must be claimed according to the guidlines set forth by the manufacturer.
All non-defective merchandise returned due to stock balancing will be assessed with a 20% restocking fee.
All shipping disputes must be made within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.

All customers must receive an RMA number in order to return merchandise. Please send all RMA requests to info@livewiredistributing.com.

Shipping Procedure
All items are shipped via UPS. Retail customers will be charged the standard shipping fees as placed forth by Live Wire Distributing. Wholesale customers will be charged the shipping fees as placed forth by UPS plus a handling charge if applicable.
